Last year was the very successful Appetite For Change gala, at the
Canoe Brewpub. Victoria's food coneisseurs gathered to
enjoy Canoe Chef Alan Leger's finest hors d'oeuvres, wine
& Canoe's micro-brews. Victoria's hospitality industry came
together to create a silent auction list that can only be
described as "foodie heaven!"

Funds raised through An Appetite for Change go to support
the Youth Hospitality Training Centre, where youth-at-risk
become the valued hospitality industry employers of the future.

This year, Canoe Brewpub and the Truffles Group have responded
to increased need for funding by moving the event to a new and bigger venue
- The Crystal Garden. An Appetite for Change is being combined with
A Taste of Bingo - to treat our guests to Canoe's Famous Beer and Truffle's
exquisite food - this time as a sit-down dinner, followed by casino & bingo games!
