YES is pleased to announce that after over two years of planning
and work we opened a new Youth Hospitality Training Centre on
May 1st, 2008
in the former Taj Mahal building on Herald Street.
The YHTC provides eight beds of up to six months of transitional
housing, as well as a
hospitality and life skills training program.
The hospitality training program has just finished it's pilot
run, with mentors and partners from within the hospitality industry assisting in the
training and curriculum design.
