Victoria Youth Clinic [YVC] |

The Victoria Youth Clinic provides comprehensive primary healthcare services in a safe, welcoming and youth friendly environment. The Clinic serves youth aged 12-24 and have a special commitment to youth at risk for poor health outcomes. The health care team provides assessment and treatment of medical problems, medications including contraceptives, counselling, health teaching, and referrals to other health and community services. In keeping with the priority to serve high-risk youth a partnership was formed between the Youth Clinic and YES and a downtown clinic was established at YES's 533 Yates Street location. Clinic services are provided on Monday and Wednesday between 5:00 and 7:00 at YES's 533 Yates Street location. (there are also Clinic hours at their James Bay location from 3-8pm, Tuesday and Thursday) |
