Position Title: Withdrawal Management Intake Coordinator
Program: Specialized Youth Detox (SYD)
Reports To: Programs Manager

Position Summary: The Withdrawal Management Intake Coordinator is responsible for providing the necessary services and support to youth who are referred to the detox program and their family/care givers. The Coordinator will facilitate the screening, assessment and intake process and will provide individual counselling to youth in the SYD Program.
