Victoria Youth Empowerment Society (YES) is a firmly established, accredited, and successful non-profit organization in Victoria, BC, who strives to meet the needs of youth by working in partnership with families and the community to deliver safe and supportive environments for at–risk youth. With a dedicated and passionate team of youth and family services staff, YES operates over 15 programs currently working with over 800 youth per year and have been improving outcomes for at-risk youth since 1992.
YES, is now on the search for a qualified and forward thinking Executive Director who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth.
